Chapters
Kepler Station
Evan Hale wakes with no memory on Kepler Station, a deteriorating orbital facility bathed in emergency lighting. Equipped with a tactical vest, a combat knife, and an internal HUD, he navigates an empty concourse as darkness systematically swallows the corridor behind him. A multi-limbed creature pursues him into an orientation pod, breaches the glass with corrosive spit, and Evan kills it in close quarters, recovering a mysterious staff security card from its remains. Locked into the pod's neural interface, he undergoes calibration and meets Iris, his AI assistant, learning he is a contestant in *Continuum — Season One* — reframing his survival as performance. He allocates his stats, receives two combat skills born from the fight, and is released into the groaning station with nothing but a waypoint guiding him toward a staging area and no answers about what comes next.
